Plant Audit & Optimization

We are able to help all customers with their Operations & Maintenance Optimization Program (O&M) covering analysis of process, failure, reliability and oil. We have carried out 4 O&M contracts for national power plant in Indonesia..........more


Machine Vibration Analysis

We use state-of-the-art instrumentation to do cost-effective vibration analysis of rotating equipment including motors, generators, turbines, gearboxes, compressors, fans, pumps, vibrating screens, etc. In general, vibration analysis is done before corrective action is performed. This ensures machinery problems are fixed right the first time.


Multi-Channel & Transient Analysis

A machine often experiences high levels of vibration during startup/shutdown or load changes . To analyse the problem may require attaching several vibration transducers, phase reference pickups, etc., and acquiring data simultaneously on all channels during startup/shutdown or load changes.
A typical portable vibration data collector cannot acquire this type data. We have instrumentation that can handle up to 32 channels of data


Structural Vibration Analysis & Correction (Machine Redesign or Repair)


When the cause of high vibration is not unbalance, misalignment, etc., it is quite possible that the cause is "high responsiveness" due to lack of stiffness or resonance. We have the expertise, hardware and software capability to investigate such problems.


Infrared Imaging, Partial Discharge & Ultrasonic/Acoustic Measurement

Infrared thermography is an excellent condition monitoring tool to assist in the reduction of maintenance costs on mechanical equipment. The technique allows for the monitoring of temperatures and thermal patterns while the equipment is online and running under full load. Infrared can be used on a wide variety of equipment including pumps, motors, bearings, pulleys, fans, drives, conveyors etc. Partial discharge measurements provide important information about the progress of insulation degradation in operational conditions, or identify defects which are excited by operational stresses e.g. vibration, temperature and loud dependent problems in motors and generators. They give the user greater insight into the condition of the equipment than would be the case using conventional off line testing methods


Torsional Vibration/Shaft Power/Load Test Measurement/Analysis

Our setup for torsional vibration/shaft power measurement is quick with no intrusive modifications to the shaft. As we are using a telemetry system, there is no need for slip rings and hence parasitic torque will no longer be a problem unlike some older procedures


Rotor & Bearing Modeling , Modal Analysis & Operating Deflection Shape

Modal analysis and operating deflection shape testing (ODS) are considered advanced vibration analysis techniques. Where the analysis of vibration usually only measures the response of a machine or structure to unknown forces, modal analysis provides a measure of the forces, natural frequencies and mode shapes. A very large percentage of machinery and most structural vibration problems are caused by natural frequencies excited by rotating machinery. .........more


Precision Laser Alignment of Shafting System and Onsite Dynamic Precision Balancing

Misalignment of rotating machinery can cause extensive deterioration and damage to bearings. Using state of the art precision laser alignment system, we can resolve misalignment quickly and painlessly, resulting in productivity and profitability

Dynamic insitu balancing is balancing of big rotating machinery onsite without having to move the machinery to a workshop. This saves time, money and manpower for customers. Dynamic insitu balancing can be accomplished in as little as three trial runs (starting and stopping the machine three times) without any unnecessary dismantling of complex machinery .........more
